DSL Systems provides a comprehensive range of training courses. These courses enable users to make the most of their DSL control systems and to have more control over their environment. Courses can be tailored to suit your needs and can be held at DSL’s offices or on site. PCs are provided for trainees with a full simulation of their plant so that training is both relevant and realistic. Typically, courses cover the following areas:
A two-day course on general operation. The course is fully hands-on at a suitable pace for operators.
Advanced Blending and Pellet Press Control
A two-day course which covers blending and press control in more detail aimed at supervisors and experienced operators. This includes tuning, maintenance, calibration and fault finding.
Maintenance/electrical engineers often find facilities in AutoPilot4Feed useful for fault finding. This one-day training course provides guidance on how to do this and how to tune and calibrate the system.
This one-day seminar is designed to give mill managers and production planners an overview of product set-up, management information, reports, cross contamination, substitutions and other AutoPilot4Feed options.
A two-week practical course which covers all aspects of DSL’s control systems. At the end of the course, attendees will be able to configure most types of plant.
A two-day course on creating and modifying Crystal Reports.
